Pre Launch Checklist

  • [ ] governance role custody finalized and tested
  • [ ] target proxy and beacon registrations verified

  • [ ] controller and claim gatekeeper bindings verified
  • [ ] reserve policy and readiness checks pass on pilot seats

  • [ ] complete signer communication drill and cancel-path rehearsal

Launch Gates

Before the first production deposit, governance must confirm target registration, genesis implementation approvals, role separation, allowlist-admin custody, factory/controller/deposit/gatekeeper/beacon coherence, closed bootstrap flag, and readiness proof freshness.

Required Dry Runs

Run at least one full dry-run trace for vault deployment, admission intent creation, deposit readiness, failed-deposit triage, upgrade cancel, receipt posting, claim initiation/finalization, stale oracle response, and validator exit.

Abort Conditions

Abort launch if any privileged role is an EOA, any deployment address lacks evidence, any build/test claim has no artifact, stale false-freeze guidance remains in operator docs, or guardian cancellation is not available.
